Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.

These two, luxury self catering properties in North Devon are perfect for a special celebration. Christmas and New Year are always popular but an excuse to get family or friends together could happen at any time of year and Southclay and The Annex fit the bill whatever the weather. For birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, hen or stag parties... any season can be a time to get together for a party. A treat for Mothering Sunday or Valentine's Day, for Easter, for Halloween in October or before exams in May half term.
