But there's a lot more on offer than just beautiful, bracing walks: here you can choose to spend your days chilling in front of a cosy fire, bathing in the steamy hot tub, frolicking on sandy beaches, splashing about in the 30ft heated pool, playing some tennis, ping pong or pool, watching our 85-inch cinema screen, hitting some of the world's best surf breaks - or simply enjoying the breathtaking sea views and sunsets with a glass of cool fizz from the terrace.

The Annexe contains a living room, kitchen, games room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms with delicious comfortable beds (two superkings, a king, a double and a set of bunk-beds - plus a sofabed for larger parties). It has underfloor heating downstairs, plus a cosy woodburner for the chillier evenings, and boasts a hot-tub and BBQ on the terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular sea view. A new EV charger has also recently been installed in the forecourt.
The Annexe enjoys stunning sunsets and uninterrupted sea views, and on a clear day you can see all the way to Lundy Island. It is located in a small village, Abbotsham, just a 25-min walk from the coast, and guests often say that the fresh air and tranquility help them sleep more soundly than at home. We are certain that you'll leave the property feeling relaxed and rejuvenated - and hopefully keen to become one of our regular guests!
NEW IN SEP 2024! A fantastic new 60m2 games room, complete with 85-inch cinema screen, ping pong table, climbing wall, honesty bar, pool table (to come shortly) and mezzanine with king-sized bed. It's no secret that we very occasionally experience a spot of drizzle here in Devon, and this is a wonderful space for kids (and competitive adults) to while away those damper afternoons 😊. There is also a sofa-bed for extra guests, available on request.
