The Annexe - Abbotsham

Forming part of a traditional seventeenth-century Devonshire longhouse, The Annexe has been refurbished to a very high standard and is well-equipped to sleep up to ten people, plus a cot, in three bedrooms and a games room. Many thoughtful extras make this a fabulous place to unwind with family or friends, or to escape for a relaxing break with someone special.

Downstairs there is a bedroom containing a sumptuously spacious superking bed, with a marble wetroom opposite, while upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with another superking bed, ensuite bathroom and gorgeous sea views. There is also a smaller room connected to the main bedroom upstairs containing a double bed and set of bunk-beds.

The new games room has an additional king-sized bed on a mezzanine, plus a double sofa-bed (to push total capacity to eleven, which we may allow on very limited occasions).

The forecourt is shared with the owners, but there is ample parking for two visitor cars. We recently installed an EV charger here and all guests are welcome to use it at a cost of 50p per kwh. Further free parking is available on the main road beside the property.

Prices shown on the booking form are for up to four people. Every additional guest is subject to a small surcharge, with discounts for stays of five days or longer.

PLEASE NOTE RE DOGS: There is no lawn or grassy area attached to The Annexe, though there are trees and foliage beside the tennis court, and small grassy verges beside the main road at the front of the property.
