To get away for a real treat, a holiday home with a private hot tub definitely ticks the box! Sleeping 10 and 4-6, these two North Devon holiday homes both boast a hot tub in the garden to warm up in after a surfing lesson or a bracing walk along the cliffs, a meeting place to catch up with all the news and gossip with a glass of something cool (and sparkly?) or just to lie back and relax and watch the sun go down and the stars come out.

Guests visiting either of our properties; Southclay (sleeps 10-12) or The Annex (sleeps 4-6) can enjoy quality time with family and friends relaxing in their own private hot tub.The addition a facility like a hot tub can make to any special break can not be underestimated, but these properties also offer a swimming pool (heated Easter- October), tennis court, table tennis, pool table AND sea views. What more could you ask for? Fantastic facilities make these properties really special and is perhaps why we have so many old friends returning year after year.

The hot tubs are heated throughout the year. It is a personal favourite treat to sit out on a frosty evening, or even surrounded by snow, enjoying the stars in clear, dark skies, . As long as you are brave enough to tiptoe from the back door to the hot tub (only a few steps), the plunge under the warm water is heavenly and a great way to top up on a dose of fresh, sea-air before bed - it will certainly make you relax quickly and sleep soundly!

    The Annexe is a five-star cottage that sleeps up to ten people, with four bedrooms and exclusive use of a hot tub, swimming pool, table tennis table & cinema/games room. It also has shared use of a tennis court with the owners (though they rarely use it!). Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.
