The Annex sleeps 4-6 in 2 bedrooms in an adjacent but completely independent unit as part of a traditional stone Devon longhouse. This suits a smaller family or two couples, although it is often let to just one couple for a wonderful romantic break… it can also be used to extend the numbers in Southclay, making the total number accommodated a maximum of 18 guests in the two units.

It also has shared use of a tennis court with the owners (though they rarely use it!). Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.
