These two North Devon holiday homes are family friendly but still ooze quality and luxury for a bit of indulgence. Southclay sleeps 10 + cot in 5 bedrooms within a detached contemporary home and The Annex sleeps 4 (+2) + cot in 2 bedrooms in an adjacent but completely independent unit as part of a traditional Devon longhouse. Both provide a comfortable and stylish setting for family and friends - whatever the season and can be booked together or individually. Warm and cosy with underfloor heating and a log-burner to add that extra snuggle factor or bit of romance.

    The Annexe is a five-star cottage that sleeps up to eight people, with two en-suite bedrooms and exclusive use of a hot tub, swimming pool and table tennis table. It also has shared use of a tennis court with the owners (though they rarely use it!). Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.
