Southclay is perfect for family holidays, for groups of friends or special celebrations. Rated as 5 star GOLD by Quality in Tourism, the assessment service for VisitEngland. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, two en-suite, sleeping 10 (+ 2 on small mattresses in one of the twins by arrangement with the owner) and with travel cot if needed. It boasts a large, sociable kitchen, conservatory/dining room, lounge with wood burner, a second ‘snug’ lounge and games room with full size pool table.

    A beautiful master bedroom with large ensuite. This room has the most spectacular view accross the fields to the coast and a spacious ensuite with sunken bath, double shower, bidet, toilet and basin.

    Our second ensuite double bedroom.

    This room has a fabulously comfortable king-size double bed with ensuite shower, basin and toilet. It also has a lovely view down to the sea but does not have the wow of the master bedroom

    Twin bedroom with sofa that can be swapped for foam mattresses - 2'6" singles. *These are probably suitable for children only) making a family room or a singles "dormatory" for up to 4 guests. Lovely view over the fields to the cliffs.

    Family bathroom/wetroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and basin is next door to this room.

    Bedroom 4 - twin beds. Usually made up as singles but can be pushed together. Beautiful in the morning when the sunshine streams in. Deep window seat overlooking the front porch to check for visitors!

    Bedroom 5 - bunk beds. Full 3ft single-size beds but they can not be separated and stay as bunks.
