The Annexe - Abbotsham

Forming part of a traditional seventeenth-century Devonshire longhouse, The Annexe has been refurbished to a very high standard and is well-equipped to sleep up to twelve people, plus a cot, in three bedrooms plus a games room. Many thoughtful extras make this a fabulous place to unwind with family or friends, or to escape for a relaxing break with someone special.

Downstairs there is a bedroom containing a sumptuously spacious superking bed, with a marble wetroom opposite, while upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with a king-sized bed and gorgeous sea views, plus a smaller room attached to it with two additional double beds (currently being built so pics to come shortly!). There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

The new games room, due to be completed in September 2024, has an additional king-sized bed on a mezzanine, plus a double sofa-bed. An inflatable bed can be added on request.

The forecourt is shared with the owners, but there is ample parking for two visitor cars. We recently installed an EV charger here and all guests are welcome to use it at a cost of 50p per kwh.

Prices shown on the booking form are for up to five people. Every additional guest is subject to a surcharge of £25 per person per night, with a small discount for week-long and fortnightly stays.

PLEASE NOTE RE DOGS: There is no lawn or grassy area attached to The Annexe, though there are trees and foliage beside the tennis court, and small grassy verges beside the main road at the front of the property.
