The Annexe contains a living room, kitchen, games room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms with deliciously comfortable beds (two superkings, a king, a double and a set of bunk-beds). It has underfloor heating downstairs, plus a cosy woodburner for the chillier evenings, and boasts a hot-tub and BBQ on the sun terrace. A new EV charger has also recently been installed in the forecourt.
The Annexe enjoys stunning sunsets and uninterrupted sea views, and on a clear day you can see all the way to Lundy Island. It is located in Abbotsham village, just a 25-min walk from the coast, and the fresh air and tranquility are the perfect ingredients for a peaceful night's sleep. We have no doubt that you'll leave the property feeling relaxed and rejuvenated - and hopefully keen to become one of our regular guests!
NEW IN SEP 2024! A fantastic new games room, complete with 85-inch cinema screen, ping pong table, climbing wall, honesty bar, pool table and mezzanine with king-sized bed. It's no secret that we very occasionally experience a spot of drizzle here in Devon, and this is a wonderful space for kids (and competitive adults) to while away those damper afternoons 😊. There is also a sofa-bed for extra guests, available on request.
